Who We Are

In these Terms and Conditions:

“TripNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means TripNow Travel and Tour and, where applicable, its related companies or the operators of tripnowtravels.com, tripnow.ng, and tripnow.uk.

“You” or “your” means the customer or person using our website or booking a travel service through us, whether online or through our customer service team.

“Travel Provider” means an airline, hotel, transport company, tour operator, insurance company, or any other third-party supplier providing a travel-related service.

Our websites provide travel information and allow customers to search for availability and make bookings for travel-related products and services.

We act as a travel intermediary or booking agent where applicable. The actual travel service may be provided by a third-party Travel Provider, whose own terms and conditions may also apply.

Using our website does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, shareholder relationship, memorandum of understanding, or other business relationship between you and TripNow unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Acceptance and Changes to These Terms

Your use of our website and services is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing, browsing, downloading information from, or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may change or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when they are posted on our website, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You should check this page periodically for the latest version.

If you continue using our website after changes have been posted, this means that you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

Booking Process

After you successfully complete a booking, we will normally send you a confirmation by email containing your booking details, including a booking reference and/or PNR where applicable.

However, a booking is only confirmed when: the relevant Travel Provider has accepted and confirmed the booking; and any required payment has been received in full or according to the agreed payment arrangement.

If we are unable to process all or part of your booking for a reason outside our control, we will inform you by email or through another available communication channel.

Please read all booking communications carefully and contact us immediately if anything is unclear or incorrect.

Your TripNow Account

When you make your first booking, we may automatically create an account using the name and email address you provide.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate and complete information
• keeping your account information up to date
• keeping your password and login details secure
• preventing unauthorized access to your account; and
• all activity carried out through your account, unless the activity occurred through no fault or negligence on your part

If you believe that someone has accessed your account without permission, you should notify us immediately.

Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

We may cancel or refuse a booking if we reasonably suspect that a transaction is fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawful.

Where appropriate, we may contact you using the details provided during booking and/or contact your bank or payment provider to verify the transaction.

If we cannot verify the transaction or cannot reach you or the relevant payment provider, we may cancel the booking.

Special and Optional Requests

You may ask us to arrange special services, such as:

• special meals
• wheelchair assistance
• assistance for passengers with disabilities
• unaccompanied-minor services; or
• other special travel requirements

We will forward your request to the relevant Travel Provider and, where appropriate, follow up on it.

However, we cannot guarantee that the Travel Provider will approve or provide the requested service.

Special requests may also take additional time to process. This could affect ticket issuance, availability, or the price of the travel service.

Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website may be based on exchange rates that are updated regularly. As a result, prices and taxes may change when exchange rates change.

Once you begin a purchase, the applicable exchange rate may be fixed for that transaction and may also apply to subsequent modifications or cancellations, where applicable.

For payments made later, such as post-pay flights or hotel bookings, the exchange rate used may be the rate applied by your bank or card provider at the time the payment is processed.

Pricing Errors

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on our website are correct, errors can sometimes occur.

If a travel service has been displayed at an incorrect price and the service has not yet been issued, we may cancel the booking and refund the amount you paid.

Where possible, we may instead give you the option to keep the booking by paying the difference between the incorrect price and the correct price.

Changes in Fares

Travel fares and prices may change at any time because of availability, demand, exchange rates, taxes, supplier pricing, or other factors.

The price displayed while you are browsing our website may therefore not be the final price.

The final price will be shown during the booking process before you complete your purchase. You will have the opportunity to review the price before making payment.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Changes, cancellations, refunds, penalties, and applicable fees are generally subject to the rules of the relevant Travel Provider and the fare or booking conditions applicable to your purchase.

Before requesting a chargeback from your bank or card provider, you should contact TripNow so that we can investigate the matter and assist you.

If a chargeback is submitted without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide the relevant booking and payment information to the bank or payment provider and dispute the chargeback where appropriate.

If an airline, hotel, or other Travel Provider changes or cancels your service, any available rebooking, refund, or alternative arrangement will normally be subject to that provider's rules and policies.

TripNow Pay Easy

Where the TripNow Pay Easy option is available, customers may pay for eligible bookings in instalments.

The following rules apply:

A minimum 20% deposit is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance may be paid in instalments.

The full balance must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled travel date, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Customers may view their outstanding balance through the TripNow Pay Easy section of their account.

After each payment, we will send an email showing the payment received and the remaining balance.

Customers who complete their payment before the applicable due date may qualify for an early-payment discount of 2%, subject to the applicable booking and promotional conditions.

Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the booking, loss of availability, additional charges, or other consequences imposed by the relevant Travel Provider.

Additional Travel Costs

TripNow is not responsible for additional expenses that you incur because your travel plans change, unless such responsibility is required by applicable law or expressly accepted by TripNow in writing.

Such expenses may include:

• additional accommodation
• meals
• transportation
• airport transfers
• alternative flights
• communication expenses; or
• other personal expenses

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers obtain appropriate travel insurance before travelling.

Travel insurance may provide protection against unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, delays, or other covered circumstances.

It is your responsibility to determine whether you need travel insurance and to obtain adequate cover for your circumstances.

Your Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

• comply with applicable laws and regulations
• provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information
• use our website only for lawful purposes
• make genuine travel reservations
• comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Providers; and
• ensure that you have the legal authority to make a booking for yourself or another person

You must not use our website to make fraudulent, false, speculative, or unauthorized bookings.

Age and Legal Capacity

You must generally be 18 years or older to use our services and enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

If a person under 18 accesses our services, they must have the consent and involvement of their parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

• visas

• other conditions of travel

You are responsible for complying with the applicable Travel Provider's rules.

Some Travel Providers may require you to sign or accept a liability waiver or other agreement before receiving certain services.

Failure to comply with a Travel Provider's requirements may result in:

• loss of money paid for a reservation
• cancellation of a service
• refusal of service
• denial of access to a travel package; or
• other consequences under the provider's terms

Use of Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the information and materials available on our website, including text, documents, product descriptions, FAQs, data sheets, press releases, and other materials, belong to TripNow or are used with permission.

You may view, download, and copy website materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
